We are dealership model experts who have advised multi-industry clients across North America and Europe in all areas of dealership functionality. Our laser focus on the customer AND the employee engagement, combined with unrelenting passion, competitiveness, integrity, and deep industry experience allow us to look at an organization from multiple angles simultaneously.
Our average employee's experience spans over 25 years, reaches every end of a dealership and have held every position in a dealership. We know the ENTIRE Store. We perform in-house training, business consulting, and forensic analysis for Sales, Service, Parts, F&I , Body Shop, Warranty Administration and we also consult for OEMs and manufacturers.
We work with small single point stores to large multi-location, multi franchise organizations.
